LLC Setter Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations and refunds for services purchased through LLC Setter, including transactions made via Razorpay. We strive to ensure a fair and transparent process that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

2. Refund Eligibility

Timeframe

  • Full Refund (100%): Eligible if the refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment, provided that processing of your order has not yet begun.

Service Incompleteness

  • A refund may be considered if the service was not delivered as promised or was materially incomplete.

Non-Deliverable Services

  • If the service is deemed non-deliverable due to a force majeure event (defined below), a refund may be considered.

Partial Refunds

  • For requests made after 24 hours, once processing has begun, partial refunds may be granted at our sole discretion, depending on the stage of the service and applicable processing costs.

⚠️ Note: Once we begin working on your U.S. company formation or file with a government entity, full refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Processing Time

  • Standard refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of the request being approved.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Fees

  • Instant Refund Fee: A small processing fee may apply for instant refunds (if available).
  • No Additional Fees: No other charges will be applied for standard refund processing.

5. Disputes

Merchant Contact

  • Customers are encouraged to contact us directly for resolution before initiating a dispute with Razorpay.

Razorpay Mediation

  • If the issue remains unresolved, Razorpay’s dispute resolution mechanisms may be engaged.

6. Force Majeure

Definition

Neither LLC Setter nor Razorpay shall be held liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • War or civil unrest
  • Internet or utility outages
  • Pandemic or government restrictions

Refunds in Such Cases

Refunds may be considered, depending on the impact and nature of the event.

7. Exceptions

  • No Refunds will be issued once government filing begins, or in cases of non-cooperation by the customer, such as delays in submitting required documents.

8. Changes to the Policy

  • Right to Amend: LLC Setter reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
  • Notification: Customers will be notified of any changes via email or an announcement on our website.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service

LLC Setter provides digital and administrative services, such as U.S. company formation, document filing, and business compliance. No physical products are shipped unless otherwise specified.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard processing time for most services is 7 to 20 business days.
  • Delays may occur due to government processing backlogs, especially during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen regulatory issues.

We will keep customers informed of any significant delays and do our best to ensure timely delivery of all services.
