LLC Setter – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations and refunds for services purchased through LLC Setter, including those made via Razorpay. Our goal is to provide a fair, transparent, and customer-centric experience.
1. Refund Eligibility
a. Timeframe
- Full Refund (100%): Available if the refund request is made within 24 hours of payment and the order processing has not yet begun.
b. Service Incompleteness
- Refunds may be issued if the service provided was not delivered as promised or was materially incomplete.
c. Non-Deliverable Services
- If services are non-deliverable due to a force majeure event (see Section 6), a refund may be considered.

- The stage of service completion
- Administrative and processing costs

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used.
3. Refund Fees
- Instant Refund Fee: A nominal charge may apply if instant refund options are available.
- Standard Refunds: No additional fees will apply.
4. Dispute Resolution
- Please contact us first before initiating any disputes via Razorpay or your bank.
- If the issue remains unresolved, Razorpay’s dispute mediation procedures may be initiated.
5. Force Majeure
Force majeure events include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Labor strikes
- Civil unrest or war
- Utility or internet outages
- Government restrictions or pandemics
Refunds may be issued depending on the severity and impact of the event on service delivery.
6. Exceptions
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
- Once government filings have been initiated

- Providing inaccurate or incomplete information
